I hired AK Flooring to fix and coat my large but old garage which was in need of many repairs. Allen personally came out to describe the work, provide samples, and then answered any following questions over text in a timely manner. Allan and his team were both extremely professional and knowledgeable of the job they were performing. The work was done on time, with no mess, and very little noise for a 3 day job. As a parent of one year old triplets if was very important to stay on schedule, and time the work between naps. There were zero issues, and the work actually did not interfere with the babies schedules at all. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed , which included fixed the concrete under the garage doors, powerblasting away a previous owners coating on the floor, fixing numerous cracks, and the final application. I would highly recommend AK Epoxy Flooring and their team.

I started my garage floor project about 6 weeks ago and had many companies quote the project. Allan was by far the best and most honest guy I have ever worked with. I am very pleased with the transformation of my garage. Allan and his team were efficient, polite and timely. What I thought would be a messy job was anything but. They cleaned everything up as they worked. Allan did a great job explaining the process and I was glad to see how much time was actually spent on preparing the floor. Allan was great and extremely responsive. I had seen an ad from his company a few years ago and his reviews were excellent, so I had kept a note for later. His reviews are still amazing, so I asked him to come over for a quote. As always, very professional and prompt. The work was scheduled a few weeks later. Very professional team as well, and if you have any questions, you can just text him and he’ll respond within minutes! He even came back on a Sunday to fix a few little areas that needed a bit more product — that’s dedication.
I would just suggest having a care sheet for customers after the work is done so we know what to expect and how to take care of the new floor, as not much info was given. Also keep in mind that you might need to tweak your garage door a little bit to support the small height difference. Ideally, you want to do the floor first and then change the door for a new one. (If you are thinking about upgrading everything)
There’s also a 15-year warranty, which is great peace of mind.

Allan and his crew gave me an exact date to get my garage done which is amazing in an environment of canceled and dates that are extended way past the promised dates in the area I live. That is very important to a homeowner. His crew completed the project with an amazing finished product that looks exactly how I imagined. I am so happy with his professionalism. I would recommend him to others that are outside of the Calgary area. His price to finish the project was very competitive. His workmanship is exemplary.

I recently had Allan & team in to do my garage floor and had a flawless experience. I found them from an online ad, and from guiding me to the right product & process, providing an estimate, scheduling, installation, & billing it was top notch the entire way. Allan is incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’m fairly handy and considered doing a DIY epoxy job myself but am I ever glad I hired the pros and went with the polyaspartic coating. It’s a better product in every way, and there’s no way I’d have been able to get the result that these folks did had I tried it myself. I’m thrilled with the result!
